Your stock leaf spring shackle mounts are meant for daily driving and that is about it. Off-road they have a tendency to bend due to being a thin steel construction. Plus when you add in a new leaf pack and suspension you need something that can allow more travel. Well 4xInnovations has you covered with their shackle flip hit for all 2005+ Toyota Tacoma.

This complete kit allows you to remove the factory shackle hanger and install the heavy duty hanger, to allow for maximum flex and axle droop. A shackle flip makes a dramatic difference in the rear suspension travel. An added benefit to a shackle flip is the ability to install a longer shackle to add height to a suspension lift. To mount the kit you will remove the rivets holding the factory bracket and bolt on the new brackets with included grade 8 hardware.

Shackle Flip Specs

• Solid 1/4 inch steel construction
• Can be mounted in the factory location or  plus or minus 3/16", 1/2", 11/16", or 1-3/16
• Mid-Travel, Extended Travel or Long Travel suspension is necessary
• Provides approximately 1 inch of lift in the rear
• Extended brake lines are necessary to install this kit

• Stock Length Super Duty Shackles
• Much stronger than stock shackles
• 1/4 inch high grade steel plate construction
• Center support to eliminate side shifting and twisting
• 1/4 inch thick steel bushing tube
• Includes poly bushing for shackle side for long life
• Inner bushing sleeve helps protect bushings
• Grease able to help avoid bushing squeak
