Deaver Spring Expedition Series Springs 2-inch Lift
Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf and 10-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf and 10-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. Install Notes:
- Front and Rear Reservoir mounts will need to be either drilled or welded to the frame. Due to the size of the reservoirs there are only so many mounting options.
- Due to the oversized shock, rear shock tops have the potential to rub against the frame. Slight sanding/grinding of the shock top hat may be necessary and is OK. Attempt installation before proceeding to shock modification and reach out to us with any questions during installation.
